As a licensed general contractor, Chief Executive Officer Jeremy Arceneaux guides the success of Hawkeye, LLC. With 20 years of industry experience, he has managed a wide range of commercial construction projects from green sustainable to award-winning industrial projects. As a skilled executive, Jeremy coordinated company operations, finances, business development, and client relations.
Though his daily focus as CEO is to direct all aspects of Hawkeye’s objectives and policies, Jeremy is a boots on the ground leader, he collaborates on all aspects of the business, with a focus on proper design and pre-construction planning—translating the client’s vision into construction documents.
His passion is to accomplish innovative, economical solutions that provide the best value for our client’s construction dollar. From concept to completion, Jeremy, and the Hawkeye team, are committed to high quality, safety, and cost efficiency.

Jody Arceneaux

When it comes to managing the financial health of our company—and your projects—there is no better leader than Chief Financial Officer, Jody Arceneaux. His strong track record of performance spans 18 years, driving both profitability and cost efficiencies. During his career, Jody actively merged and managed all aspects of finance for multiple business entities, including budgets, personnel, financial reporting, and internal systems and processes .
As CFO, Jody develops and implements financial procedures that keep our budget, and yours, on track. He manages all aspects of finance, risk management, human resources and information technology for Hawkeye.
His experience in managing multiple projects and budgets, as well as all aspects of risk management, gives our customers peace of mind. Jody is an action-oriented, hands-on leader with a keen eye for identifying new, profitable strategies that benefit all.

Cory Choate
PARTNER, COO
No job is too large for Chief Operating Officer, Cory Choate—a pro at juggling the many details of complex construction jobs. In his 14-plus years in project management, Cory worked in a variety of industries including energy and chemicals, infrastructure, and government. He successfully implemented effective project controls and worked collaboratively with clients, team members, management, & contractors to build strong and sustainable relationships.
On a day-to-day basis, Cory oversees scheduling, estimating, cost engineering, reporting, and change management. He effectively handles progress monitoring, contract management, and project controls.
His experience in managing projects ranging in the millions to $10 billion, that encompassed from hundreds to several thousand people each, is key to the foundation and success of Hawkeye. Cory is driven to excel and promote a teamwork culture; soliciting input from others to achieve the best results.
